Orders & Payment

Handmade or made-to-order items may require additional processing time, which will be noted on the product page

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
GalaTeo is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control

Tracking & Address Accuracy

Tracking information is provided once your order ships
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Items showing signs of use or damage may not be eligible for return

Return Shipping

Refunds

Hand wash only in cold water
Use mild soap, shampoo, or gentle/delicate liquid detergent
Do not bleach
Do not machine wash
Hang to air dry only
Do not tumble dry or use a dryer

Damage resulting from improper care, heat exposure, or harsh chemicals is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return or refund.

Handmade Disclaimer

All GalaTeo products are handmade. Minor variations in fabric placement, stitching, or appearance are normal and part of the uniqueness of each item. These variations are not considered defects.
