Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your GalaTeo purchase. Each item is thoughtfully handmade with care, and we stand behind the quality of our work. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Be in original condition, free of odors, marks, pet hair, or damage
Be returned in its original packaging, or packaging that adequately protects the item

Items that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Handmade Nature Disclaimer

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in fabric pattern, color placement, or stitching are normal and part of what makes each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.
