Product Care & Use

Customers are responsible for following all care instructions provided with GalaTeo products. Damage caused by improper care, including but not limited to the use of bleach, harsh detergents, machine washing, or tumble drying, is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for return or refund.
